These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hgo99 platform, including all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal services. All promotional bonuses credited to your hgo99 account are subject to a minimum wagering turnover requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms attached to each bonus offer.
hgo99's aggregate liability to any single player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding a claim. hgo99 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or errors in data provided by third-party odds suppliers.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. hgo99 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and will request documentary proof of age (national identity card — KTP, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID) before processing any withdrawal or when triggered by our compliance monitoring systems.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically present in and a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during your use of the Services.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under the instruction of another person are not eligible to hold an Account.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of hgo99, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and third-party software or services providers are not permitted to hold a player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the Platform or from any affiliated platform operated under the same license are not eligible to re-register without completing the full reinstatement process described in Section 8 (Responsible Gaming).
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. If hgo99 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, hgo99 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across the duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your valid email address, and your primary Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hgo99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hgo99 immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. hgo99 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account login session as having been given by you personally.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. hgo99 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 to inactive Accounts. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero Balance that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.
4.1 Verification Triggers. hgo99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: upon your first withdrawal request; when your cumulative deposits exceed Rp 5.000.000; when your Account is flagged by our fraud detection systems; or when required by our licensing authority.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:
4.3 Processing Time. hgo99 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete set of required documents. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC completion. hgo99 is not liable for any delays attributable to incomplete or illegible document submissions.
4.4 Verification Failure. If you are unable or unwilling to complete the KYC process, hgo99 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal capabilities, or permanently close your Account after giving reasonable notice. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the original verified payment method where possible.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hgo99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hgo99 does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or wire transfers from non-Indonesian banks.
5.2 Transaction Limits.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer to hgo99's designated account numbers during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, 08:00–22:00) are typically credited to your Account Balance within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. hgo99 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during banking hours (WIB) are processed within 15 minutes for bank transfers and within 10 minutes for e-wallet payouts, subject to your Account having passed all applicable KYC checks and there being no pending compliance review on your Account. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours may be queued and processed at the start of the next business banking window.
5.5 Payment Method Matching. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your hgo99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hgo99 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to another individual under any circumstances.
5.6 Deposit Ownership. All funds deposited into your hgo99 Account must belong to you personally. hgo99 does not accept deposits sourced from credit facilities obtained for the specific purpose of gambling, nor deposits that represent funds belonging to another person. hgo99 reserves the right to investigate the origin of funds and to request supporting documentation if a deposit pattern raises compliance concerns.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions. hgo99 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section and the specific promotion terms attached to each individual offer.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to members who have completed the KYC verification process and whose Accounts are in good standing. hgo99 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its sole discretion, including members identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or those employing systematic strategies designed to exploit promotional conditions.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.
6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:
6.5 Time Limits. All bonus offers carry a time limit within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. The default time limit is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the time limit will be automatically forfeited without further notice.
6.6 Withdrawal During Active Bonus. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is applied to your Account, hgo99 will deduct the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity prior to processing the withdrawal of your real-money Balance. Requesting a withdrawal in these circumstances constitutes your consent to the forfeiture of active bonus funds.
6.7 Bonus Abuse. hgo99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured betting patterns designed to hedge risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and collusion between members. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided, bonus funds removed, and may be permanently closed.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet or wager is accepted and confirmed only when hgo99's system has recorded the transaction and issued a confirmation reference number to your Account. Oral instructions, chat messages, and email requests do not constitute accepted bets. hgo99 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed after an event has commenced without in-play betting being offered on that market.
7.2 Odds and Pricing. All sportsbook odds are displayed in decimal format and may be updated at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted. hgo99 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors — where an odds price is materially inconsistent with the fair market price available from major international exchanges — and to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.
7.3 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided (for example, due to a postponed match), the remaining legs stand and the odds are recalculated accordingly. If all legs are voided, the stake is returned in full. A push (odds of 1.00 decimal) on one leg of a mix parlay does not void the parlay; the leg is settled at 1.00 and the parlay continues.
7.4 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a match (goals, red cards, penalties, injuries). hgo99 does not guarantee continuous market availability during live events. In-play odds are generated in real time and may differ materially from pre-match prices. Latency in your internet connection may cause a delay between your bet request and the applicable odds; hgo99's server time is the definitive timestamp for all in-play bet acceptance.
7.5 RNG-Powered Games. All non-live casino games — including slots, virtual table games, and keno — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of previous rounds. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific result for an individual session.
7.6 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the recording or settlement of a bet or game round, hgo99 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake to your Account Balance. hgo99 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. hgo99 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. If you share a device or internet connection with a minor, you must ensure that your Account credentials are not accessible to them. hgo99 recommends using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance, at hgo99's sole discretion:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the hgo99 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, graphical design elements, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hgo99 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. hgo99 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's content.
10.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Use of these games through the Platform does not confer any proprietary rights in respect of those games.
11.1 Data Collection. hgo99 collects and processes personal data necessary for the operation of the Platform, including identity information, contact details, financial information, betting history, device identifiers, and IP addresses. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing with unique per-account salts. hgo99 does not store payment card numbers on its servers; all payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors.
11.3 Data Sharing. hgo99 may share your personal data with its licensing authority, fraud prevention agencies, payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by the terms of its operating license. hgo99 will not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
12.1 Service Availability. hgo99 aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside hgo99's control may result in temporary unavailability. hgo99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hgo99's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Excluded Losses. hgo99 is not liable for: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of data; loss of business or opportunity; indirect, consequential, or special damages; or any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match data supplied by third-party data providers.
12.4 Third-Party Links. The Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. However, if any third-party content is accessible through the Platform, hgo99 accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of that content.
13.1 Closure by You. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting hgo99 support at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. hgo99 will process your closure request within 5 business days and will confirm closure by email to your registered address.
13.2 Closure by hgo99. hgo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; hgo99 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or continued operation of your Account would expose hgo99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon closure unless the closure was initiated by hgo99 without cause. Verified real-money Balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days of closure, subject to any outstanding compliance holds.
13.4 Survival. The provisions of Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitations of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms & Conditions and shall continue to bind both parties.
14.1 Right to Amend. hgo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at hgo99.vu/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.
14.2 Notification of Changes. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, hgo99 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and by sending an email to your registered address. For minor, non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause), hgo99 may update the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1 before the amendment takes effect.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hgo99 holds its international offshore gaming license.
15.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Services, you should first contact the hgo99 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers, and the outcome you are seeking. hgo99 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
15.3 Escalation. 15.4 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure or designated dispute resolution body shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution of hgo99's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.5 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
